Preparing for the Draft
Since January 1st, I have traveled more than 68,000 miles to promote the Dodgers and spread the baseball gospel to all those who will listen.
Tomorrow I leave for New York, actually Secaucus, where Major League Baseball will hold its annual first-year player draft.
The Dodgers have the 36th pick this year, which is a pick in the compensation round. We lost our first round pick when we signed Orlando Hudson.
